Shipping policy

To minimise waste, all our prints are produced on demand in Auckland, New Zealand. Please allow 3-5 days for printing and an additional 2-3 business days for shipping. While we strive to complete and ship your order promptly, please note that we rely on our print and courier partners.

Delivery of your order will depend on where you live.

New Zealand - deliveries in the main centres of the North Island are usually overnight, main centres in the South Island are two working days. Any rural deliveries can take 4-5 business days. 

Australia - please allow at least ten working days depending on your location. 

International shipping can vary depending on international shipping conditions at the time of purchase, or the customs and duty requirements in the destination country. Tracking information will be provided however, allow up to four weeks.

Duties and customs

For international orders, please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by your country’s customs authorities are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on the potential fees and regulations that may apply to your purchase. Wild Lilli does not arrange for pre-payment of these expenses. 

Changes to the shipping address

Changes to the shipping address can be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed we are unable to amend. If the package has already been delivered to the incorrect address, there may be a charge to have it uplifted and re-directed to you.
