Return & Refund Policy
RETURNS
Abstract Wall Art or Digital Art Prints
We have a 14-day return policy for abstract wall art or digital wall art prints, which means you have 14 days after receiving your print to request a return if:
- Your item is damaged while in transit.
- You have received the wrong item.
To start a return, or for any return questions, you can contact us at admin@wildlilli.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package (for print items). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Custom Pet Portraits
Due to the custom nature of custom pet portraits we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. You have 7 days to let us know if:
- Your item is damaged while in transit,
- You have received the wrong item.
If your item is damaged in transit, or you have received the wrong print, we will replace it with the originally ordered customised print.
We strive to ensure you are happy with your pet portrait and will address any issues you may have. If you have any concerns please contact us at admin@wildlilli.com.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the print is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customised pet portraits, sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
Abstract Wall Art & Digital Art Print Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@wildlilli.com.
Customised Pet Portraits
We do not provide refunds for customised pet portraits. If we have approved the 'replacement,' as per our return policy for customised pet portraits, you'll receive your original customised pet portrait within 14 days of notification of the approved replacement.
