How do I order a custom pet portrait? Simply choose your favourite background design, select your print size (A4 or A3), upload up to three photos, and tell us your dog’s name. We’ll take it from there.
Why do you need my pet’s name? Your dog’s name appears under the artwork — it’s part of what makes each piece personal. The name is on the left, Angela’s signature on the right, along with the year it was created.
What makes my portrait unique? Even though you select the design template, each artwork is individually created. We carefully position your pet’s image within the scene and adjust the layout as needed so it looks just right.
Can I include more than one dog in a portrait? Yes — up to two is ideal, but we can include three. Just make sure each photo is labelled and all names are entered during upload.
What kind of photo should I upload? Please upload a clear, upright face shot of your dog in good lighting. A background that contrasts with their fur colour helps ensure strong definition.
How many photos can I upload? You can upload up to three. We’ll choose the best one for your final portrait — or get in touch if we need clarification.
What file type and size works best? High-resolution JPG or PNG files (2MB or larger) work best. Photos from smartphones or WhatsApp are usually fine — we’ll let you know if there’s a problem.
What happens after I place my order? We review your photos, remove the background, and thoughtfully place your dog into the chosen design. You’ll receive a proof to approve before we print.
What kind of paper and inks do you use? We use museum-grade etching paper and UV lightfast inks. Your print is designed to last a lifetime — vibrant, archival, and made with care.
How long will it take to receive my portrait? You’ll receive an estimated delivery time frame once your order is placed. Estimated times are based on final sign-off when you approve your portrait. Within New Zealand delivery is 5-7 days, and Australia 7-10, (business days). Portraits sent globally vary depending on the destination and postal options.
What if I’m not happy with my portrait? We want you to love it. If something’s not right, please get in touch and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges? Because each portrait is custom-made, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges — but we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with the final result.
Do you do prints for other pets? Yes. Our designs also work for cats and rabbits. Simply upload photos of your other pet/s instead.
